What Galdyr captures on every call
- Caller's name and best number
- Where they are, such as suburb or address
- Urgency — locked out now, or planned work
- What needs doing, in the caller's own words
The lead is emailed to you and appears in your portal with a call transcript. The AI always says it's an AI, never quotes prices, and never promises an arrival time. Call audio is not recorded.
What it costs
You top up credit ($25 minimum) and pay $2.50 for each lead that's captured. Hang-ups, wrong numbers and sales calls aren't charged. There's no monthly fee, and a quiet month costs nothing. The first 3 leads are free, and a number is capped at $149 a month. Prices are shown without GST.
Questions locksmiths ask
Can I have my own phone ring first?
Yes. There is a ring-through option for callers you choose, available on request. Everyone else reaches the AI. Email hello@galdyr.com to have it switched on.
Does the AI check who the caller is?
No. It doesn't verify identity. It takes the job details and passes them to you, and you decide how to handle the caller.
Does it work outside my home city?
Yes. Galdyr works Australia-wide. We're built in Brisbane, but we take Australian numbers in any state.
